Dues Paying Club Members Only

1 Craft must be original, completed in the last three years, and not previously entered.
2. All work must be delivered to the contest chairman at the State Convention on the morning of opening day. Entries will be received beginning at 8:00am. Entries must have entry form attached to them.
3. Each exhibitor is responsible for their own work and will pick it up at the close of Convention.
Chairman is not responsible for returning crafts to exhibitors and cannot pack, mail, or store crafts.
4. Chairman and others handling the craft entries will exert great care but cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of any entries on display.
5. Ribbons will be awarded to three places in all three categories (9). The GFWC of Arkansas Crafts Contest Traveling Trophy will be awarded and retained by the overall winner until her successor has been selected. A ribbon will also be awarded to the overall winner.

Wearable Art includes any clothing, such as sweaters, vests, smocking, children or adult.
Needlework includes quilting, crochet, applique, knitting, embroidery, counted cross stitch, needlepoint, weaving.
Crafts includes candles; painting china, rocks or fabric; woodworking; dolls and toys; paper sculpture; stained glass; ceramics; home decorations; macrame; stenciling.
Technological/Computer Arts & Crafts includes digital or other items developed or designed using computer or other technologic media/screens.

Judging will be by qualified judges on the following point system:

Workmanship 30 Points
Creativity 30 Points
Design Principles 20 Points
Finished Appearance 20 Points
TOTAL 100 Points
